How to Use Vegan Egg Substitute Powder*:

Use 1:4 (by weight) dry egg replacer mix to water for best results.
For one large whole egg (2 oz or approximagely 60 grams): Mix 0.4 oz (12 grams) OliveNation Powdered Egg Substitute with 1.6 oz (48 grams or mL) water.
