Jotis Loucomades

Loukoumades are deep-fried dumplings which are drenched in a honey and cinnamon or cardamom-flavored syrup, dusted with powdered sugar and rolled in grated walnuts or pistachios. With JOTIS Loukoumades Mix, we’ve taken the hard work out of making these light and airy dumplings. Each mix includes one sachet of the dumpling mix and one sachet of yeast. All you need is to add water to the dry ingredients and to deep fry the Loukoumades to golden perfection. Once the dumplings are done, the choice of syrup and topping is up to you! One can never go wrong this classic Greek version of “donut holes.” Each Loukoumades Mix makes 50-60 small dumplings.
