- Provolone Piccante: Our Provolone Piccante is produced from selected cow's milk in Italy. Piccante (meaning sharp) is provolone's spicy, more aged counterpart. One of the great sandwich cheeses, Provolone Piccante is also an excellent melting cheese that is perfect in omelettes or atop a toasted focaccia.It is aged for an extended period of time, allowing it to develop a sharp taste and bold character.
