At Door County Coffee, we only roast Specialty Grade 1 Arabica Coffee - otherwise recognized as the Top 1-2% in the world! Unlike the larger national roasters, we roast our coffee using air roasting technology. Air roasting is similar to cooking popcorn, as the hot air roasts the coffee.
