Each Vanilla black pod is the result of painstaking craftsmanship, nurtured by hand start to finish, hand pollinated and sun-cured over many months, with careful inspection at each step. We select only fully ripe, late harvest beans. They are sourced directly from our village cooperatives to assure quality and a fair price to farmers
