Our 4 pound Yellow Split Peas are packaged in our kraft bags and heat sealed to preserve the freshness. Kraft bags also help maintain the coloring of the peas by preventing any sun discoloration. These bright yellow peas are beautiful to look at, and even more delicious to eat.
