Cancellations must be received & confirmed at least 7 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than 7 days or if the product has already shipped. If you are not satisfied, please notify us so we can assist you. Depending on the product issue, we will provide a possible replacement or refund for defective products.
Requests for replacements and pictures must be received prior to 2:00 pm EST in order to process a possible replacement same day. Digital images are required for any replacement or refund and must be received within 48 hours after delivery
Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence, weather, holiday schedules, an incorrect delivery date, or incorrect address.
Signature is required for all floral products. Any change may delay your delivery.
