We start with our creamy muscovado brown sugar ice cream, then fold in cookie dough bites, candied walnuts, and fudge brownie pieces. This flavor hits all the right notes and is a maximalists' delight! Our Story, we began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our ice cream is made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, pure cane sugar and egg yolks. We obsessively source the best ingredients in the world to create each flavor. Nowadays, people can spend so much time on what’s “healthy” they don’t stop to consider what’s healthy. As far as we’re concerned, happiness is healthiness.
