Our Silver Needle white tea is produced in the world famous tea producing region of Fujian, China. The tea leaves are only dried in the sun after harvest and they are neither oxidized nor processed further by rolling or other techniques. The tea leaves are either spread out on bamboo mats in the sun or in a special drying room immediately after harvest. The warm air dries the tea leaves within one to two days.
