A great classic Italian Sausage seasoning created by the Sausage Maker. Very simple yet complex. No added chemicals, just salt pepper and spices such as fennel and coriander and a bit of sugar. Can also be made using chicken, venison / pork combination, turkey, or just classic pork. Simple enough that you could even add fresh parsley and fresh parmigiano reggiano and create something truly spectacular!
