A long time favorite of very many of our return customers. Has a mild flavor that doesn't choke you with some "secret" spice that 9 out of 10 times is more pepper. This seasoning strikes the perfect balance of flavor brought by it's contents and by allowing the meat to come through also. Fermento can be added for a more tangy flavor. Uses Insta Cure No. 1 and stuffed into 19 mm collagen casings (Insta Cure No. 1 and casings sold separately) Makes 50 lbs. Recipe on package.
