Instructions :
-1, Clean eyelashes and eyebrows thoroughly .
-2, Apply the skin protection cream such as Vaseline.
-3, Place eye pads under the eyelid, as close as possible to the lower lash line, without covering lower lashes. It prevents the tint from staining the skin.
-4, Mix the cream dye with the creme oxidant in a cup (1:1) for either eyelash or eyebrow.
-5, You can apply the mixed tint cream on eyelash and eyebrow at the same time . Make sure that each hair is coated and shaped the way you want .
-6, After approximately 25-30 minutes , carefully remover the mixed tint cream by gently wiping the residual color onto the eye pads using a brush or stick .
-9, Remove the eye pads from under eye area. Use dampened cotton round with cold water to remove product until no residue. Hold tissue near eye area to capture any excess water .
