Try Parmalat: a delicious milk with the same nutritious content as refrigerated milk that lasts much longer! How do we do it without preservatives? Refrigerated milk is usually pasteurized at 145°F for thirty minutes, whereas we pasteurize our milk at an Ultra High Temperature (UHT) above 280°F for several seconds. We then package it in a shelf stable carton to help maintain freshness without refrigeration until opened for a longer shelf life.
