Mix 1 measure of MTR instant dosa mix with 1-1/2 measures of water into a smooth batter. Seat aside for 5 minutes. Alternately batter can be prepare with 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of curd. Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tava, add spoonful of ghee or oil and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown. Rub the tava gently with damp cloth to cool the surface. Repeat the above step. Measure referred in the recipe means any cup or container used as per your convenience. Serve hot with chutney, sambar or sagu.
