Clear Creek Beluga Lentils are sourced from a Montana family farm. We are working to bring nutrient rich products sourced specifically from Pacific Northwest farms. Our 4 pound bag of black lentils is packed in a heat sealed kraft bag. These bags are great for pantry storage as they are also resealable.
Our gorgeous dried beluga black lentils cook within twenty-five minutes with no prior soaking required. They have a deep, nutty flavor and hold their shape when cooked. Beluga lentils are also known as caviar lentils and they are great for a wide range of recipes.
