Ground Macaroon Unsweetened Coconut Natural & Gluten Free by Its Delish
Delicious and fresh dried coconut ground. Macaroon coconut is the name for finely shredded coconut.
Obviously you can make delicious macaroons and even coat them in chocolate etc. This coconut is also perfect for homemade cookies & baked goods, protein bars, swirling into oatmeal, cereal, salads, trail mix or I just eat it out if the bag. We enjoy crusting frosting covered cakes and cookies with it. For dinner, combine it with panko bread crumbs for a tropical breading for fried shrimp and other fish and seafood.
You can also make your own coconut milk, butter and coconut flour, but have also used it for french toast and coconut cake icing, top of meringues, ice cream and smoothies! Enjoy!
