Cancellations must be received & confirmed at least 7 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than 7 days or if product has already shipped. If you are not satisfied please notify us so we can assist you. Depending on the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund for defective products. We do not accept returns for any reason on floral products as they are perishable.
