CHOMP by Nightingale is the little sister of the original Nightingale ice cream sandwich, created for on-the-go convenience. Our sammies are handcrafted in small batches using a super-premium 14% butterfat ice cream which makes things extra smooth + creamy. The cookies are baked fresh every day and our secret recipe ensures they are dense, chewy + won’t stick to your fingers like the conventional ice cream sandwich. We hand fold in all the inclusions, like cookies, cake + sprinkles, so you get the good stuff in every bite. We even designed our premium wrappers to prevent drippy melting ice cream from getting on your hands + clothes!A Woman & Veteran Owned company, Nightingale Ice Cream was created by Hannah Pollack and her husband Xavier Meers. Both professional chefs, Hannah & Xavier met in the kitchen & bonded over their love for spreading joy through food. During their 5 year restaurant run together, Hannah created the first Nightingale ice cream sandwich as a restaurant dessert option. Gaining almost instant popularity, Hannah & Xavier were soon filling ice cream sandwich orders for markets, restaurants and events all over town. Shortly thereafter, they left the restaurant kitchen behind to fully embark on their new venture—one born from a love of their culinary crafts, classic desserts, and each other.
