Brewing:
Hot Tea by the Cup
Heat water to near boiling, 180-190°F. Pour 8 oz. of water over one tea bag. Steep 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Remove tea bag from cup. Sweeten if desired.
Ice Tea by the Glass
Heat water to near boiling. 180-190°F. Pour water over two tea bags. Steep 2 minutes and remove tea bags. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Always pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup.
