Made with only one simple ingredient, whole grain durum wheat flour, this pasta cooks up "al dente" every time. To prepare, use 4-6 quarts of water per pound of pasta. Bring to a rolling boil and add salt to taste. Add the pasta to the boiling water, stir gently, and return to a boil. For "al dente" pasta that will be baked, boil uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally Remove from the heat, drain well, then fill and bake the pasta according to the recipe instructions.
