Quite a lot of thought process went into developing this hand-rolled and juicy stuffed chicken to make melt in your mouth. The bacon wrap is added to solve the drying out of the chicken breast on the outside during cooking. The wild rice is added to absorb any access moist and juices melting into inside. Finally, the portobello mushrooms come to add some extra texture and contrasting savory flavor to the rice. The Three Cheeses variety with a mix of Pepper Jack, Cheddar and Monterey cheeses, is our version of stuffed chicken lava cake. You'll understand once you you cut it.

Cooking Instructions
- Remove product from the package and wrap into foil
- Place on oven tray
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes
- Uncover from foil and bake for additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F
- Remove the tray from the oven and allow to rest for 3-4 min
