Alcotec Distiller’s Yeast Whisky with Glucoamylase Enzyme - Two pack of Alcotec Whisky Turbo Yeast. The single culture yeast strain itself is particularly well suited for retaining flavors that create good Whiskey. Also contains GA (glucoamylase also known as amyloglucosidase) enzyme which breaks down dextrins, or long chain sugars, that are created when grains are used in the recipe.
