Start with filled in brows. Trace Matte Concealer around edges of brow to
define and sharpen brow shape. Apply Shimmer Highlighter above and below the
brow arch, and then blend for a perfected and highlighted finish. Crayon can
be sharpened using a makeup pencil sharpener. Eye cosmetics in a scratched,
infected or irritated eye, and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can
lead to eye damage and, in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is
scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist
